How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days across India. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Orders above ₹1,499 ship free.
Is my order insured?+
Yes. Every shipment is marked 'fragile, handle with care' and protected against transit damage. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.
What is your return policy?+
7-day no-questions returns on unused items in original packaging. Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
How does wholesale pricing work?+
Tiered prices unlock automatically in your cart as quantity increases. The deepest applicable tier always wins — no coupon, code or negotiation required.
How do I care for glass?+
Dust with a soft dry cloth. For smudges, wipe with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, COD is available across India (a small fee may apply). You can also pay securely by card, UPI or netbanking at checkout.
